Our Story: Growing and Evolving from Humble Beginnings

 

D. McGrath Plumbing Inc. is a story of dedication, hard work, and resilient growth.

Our journey began back in 2008 when I was working for another company and used funds from my paycheck to purchase and install my very first toilet for a customer—a testament to my early commitment to service. This humble beginning fueled the growth of D. McGrath Plumbing, leading us to successfully operate in Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) for over 10 years.

Though we excelled at our work, the extreme economic pressures in Newfoundland—driven by the downturn in the economy, forced us to make the difficult decision of closing our operations there and like many Newfoundlanders, move out of the province.

My passion for plumbing, as well as my firm belief in offering fair pricing, affordable services, and quality work, is what led me to open again in 2022, this time in Red Lake, Ontario. Our commitment goes beyond expert technical work to deliver an exceptional, stress-free service. We focus on achieving excellence that exceeds requirements to provide you with durable, dependable, and long-lasting solutions on every job. 

Today, we are firmly rooted in the Red Lake community, but we maintain the ambitious vision of someday returning to operate in NL as well, ensuring that the legacy of quality service continues to thrive in both provinces.
